Asia-North America Ocean Shipping Routes

Nelson CabreraOcean Freight1 Comment

Many of our new ocean shipping customers utilizing Asia-North America services commonly ask us what route(s) the vessels travel. Do the vessels go across the Pacific ocean? Do the vessels go via the Panama Canal?

We came across this map from APL of their North America-Asia and Asia-North America services and we think it is a great illustration of common ocean shipping routes from China to the United States.

As you can see from the map, the expansion of the Panama Canal will further facilitate Asia-U.S. trade (and all global trade in general)!

Ship travel from California to the Philippines. I live in San Diego my family the 3 of us want to go back to the Philippines by ship. Something we could afford. Bob Williams
